What is Anacan?

Anacan Tablet is used for Breast cancer in postmenopausal women and other conditions. Anacan Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Uses

Anacan 1mg Tablet is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is used with other treatments, such as surgery or radiation, to treat breast cancer in women who have attained menopause.

How it works

Anacan 1mg Tablet is an aromatase inhibitor. It works by lowering the amount of estrogen (natural female hormone) produced in the body. This can lower or stop the growth of some breast cancer cells that need estrogen to grow.

Anacan Tablet - Drug Interactions

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Anacan Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Anacan Tablet - Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Anacan Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Anacan Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:

• Breastfeeding
• Hypersensitivity
• Pre-menopausal women
• Pregnant

 Storage of Anacan Tablet
